Short answer: Changi Airport’s own page lists one prayer room in each of Terminals 1, 2, 3 and 4, all open 24 hours and all in the transit area: the rooms “are only available in transit areas, and are not accessible to the landside public.” Changi says the rooms have separate areas for men and women and ablution facilities in each room. For halal food, Changi’s own dining listings name KopiKakis (T1 transit), Rotiboy (T3 public area) and Elfuego by COLLIN’S (Jewel) as halal.

Practical tips for Changi Airport prayer rooms
- The prayer rooms are only in transit areas. If you are landside (for example in Jewel or before immigration), the page lists no prayer room for you, so pray before you leave for the airport or after you clear immigration into transit.
- Rotiboy (T3) and Elfuego (Jewel) are in public areas; KopiKakis is in the T1 transit area.
